WHO I AM
I am a coach, alternative practitioner, and trauma yoga therapist. As well as a former triathlete and group fitness instructor. Over the years, my approach has evolved and changed considerably, not least due to personal experiences. What has remained, though, is my love for sports & motion and my passion sharing this enthusiasm in my coaching sessions.
WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME
I strongly believe that wellbeing is only possible if we find our personal balance - on a number of different levels. For this reason, my coaching always takes a comprehensive approach, seeing the whole person and not just a number of symptoms or an accumulation of training goals. I work closely together with my clients to find out what works best for you and how I can support you in the process.
WHICH SERVICES I OFFER
As I personal trainer, I have a strong background in functional training and training theory. Over the years, I have complemented this knowledge with psychological expertise, resulting in my qualification as an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) and a trauma yoga therapist.
